Accessibility Statement

TLWB is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings, and labelled forms.
  • Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
  • Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA, verified automatically in light, dark, and both high-contrast themes.
  • Dedicated high-contrast themes and support for the system reduced-motion preference.
  • ARIA roles and live regions so screen readers announce dynamic content such as notifications.
  • Descriptive tooltips and link text so the purpose of each link is clear.

Choosing a theme

Use the theme control in the header to switch between light, dark, and high-contrast variants, or follow your system setting. Your choice is remembered on your device.

Known limitations

Some third-party or member-uploaded documents (e.g. PDFs) may not be fully accessible. If you encounter one you cannot use, contact us and we will help.
