TLWB provides education, tools, and community about real estate investing, tax liens, and tax deeds. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Tax sale laws vary by state and county and change often — always consult licensed professionals before acting.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account; notify us of any unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

Members receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access member videos, documents, and resources for their own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly share member content, or circumvent the access controls that protect it.

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the community to harass others.
• Comments are yours; keep them lawful and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The TLWB name, logo, and original content are owned by TLWB Group and protected by law. External resources link to their respective owners.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
